It helps prevent miscarriage and reduces the risk of preterm birth in women who have previously had a premature delivery. The most common side effects of this medicine include local injection-site reactions, nausea, itching, diarrhea, and rash. If you experience any of these side effects, inform your doctor. If you notice yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark-colored urine, or abdominal pain while using this medicine, inform your doctor.
